The word “Insignis” is a Latin adjective that means clearly distinguishable or recognizable. It can also denote something or someone of significance or outstanding.
Our highest achieving applicants are invited to campus each year to explore numerous scholarship opportunities at our INSIGNIS Academic Scholarship Weekend! Students will also compete for our Jesse Baker Presidential Academic Fellowship, which is Carson-Newman’s most prestigious, full scholarship.
Our second annual INSIGNIS Academic Scholarship Weekend will be held January 31-February 1, 2025. More details will follow.
